I'm a New York based artist working within the field of fine art. A writer and creative, I'm always excited to explore the pluripotentiality of working in a multitude of mediums.

I'm currently a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology pursuing a bachelors of fine art and a minor in art history. I hope to pursue a career in scenic art, conservation, or forensic art.

In addition to art, I am also a peer consultant within the field of writing and speaking. More than anything, I'm a pursuer of knowledge and hope to gain experience in anything I am given the opportunity to.

For me, visual art is its own language full of nuanced symbols and complex structures. It’s a form of expression that cannot simply be reached through writing, speaking, music, or any other form of communication but can utilize them to build off of.

The world of dreams has always fascinated me because, like art, they are difficult to put into words. Memory and dreams hold a similar place in my visualized world, the fuzzy, illuminated presence they hold in my minds’ eye being transcendent in quality. These unexplainable, uncanny moments within life are what I hope to capture in a visual format; putting into images what I struggle to put into words.

I’ve kept a dream journal since 2017 and, when reading back through the entries, have trained myself to be able to see the scenes in my head as if I was actively still dreaming. As I’ve trained myself to mentally recall the dreams, I’ve also trained to be able to translate that into a visual format. To show others how I see; blending both visual and written narratives into a cohesive expression of myself.

I completed my Associates degree in Fine Art at FIT in Spring of 2023. I entered as part of the Presidential Scholars Program and became active in the Urban Studio Club.

Bachelors of Fine Art

I lived in Italy for 4 months, studying art and history in the place that culminated the Renaissance. From the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Repubblica and the Duomo to the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio and the Boboli Gardens, my time in Florence greatly enriched my artistic spirit. The photos in the gallery above show images of the Boboli Gardens, a picture taken from the Ponte Santa Trinita at sunset, an image of the Palazzo Vecchio, a boat in Monterosso al Mare, and a fisherman on the Arno River. Italy taught me to truly live in the moment and see myself as one part of a larger whole. I felt a connection to my environment and myself at a level that I'd never experienced before and I hope to go back someday. Cara Firenze, grazie mille! Ci vediamo presto!
